Sunworld staple fiber is used in cut-proof non-woven cloth and the highest performance engineered concretes, exhibiting all of UHMWPE fiber’s best qualities in a variety of use cases. Our staples are precision cut from our UHMWPE filament fiber.

Our staple fibers are available with a curled finish at request, for optimal use in non-woven fabrics.

Lengths Available

We can cut staple fibers in lengths ranging from 3mm to 60mm. Contact us for available stock and/or custom lengths.

Packaging

Our standard packaging is 10kg vacuum-sealed bags. We do offer packaging in 1kg vacuum-sealed bags at an additional cost and treatment.
