Hard UD Composite

Made of UHMWPE fiber as the base material, our UD composite is created by uniformly spreading fibers into a single layer. The fibers are then impregnated with high-strength elastomer resins, glued and bonded with film, and laminated at 0°/90° angles to create an orthogonal compound. Compared to common ceramic plates, UHMWPE UD plates can reach the same level of protection with half the area density. The strongest and lightest bulletproof components are made using Sunworld UHMWPE UD composites.
